General Requirements

     On behalf of our client – banking IT company, we are looking for suitable candidate for the position of Business Analyst,  having a positive attitude and oriented to satisfaction the client business needs and having strong knowledge of highly complex projects, around the development team , solid business knowledge, software, having banking projects experience is considered a big plus.

Technical Requirements / Experience

  • IT and business experience demonstrated;
  • Analysis system experience (data modeling, workflow and business processes description) higher level;
  • Experience using  dedicated tools for specific sites of analysis;
  • Solid knowledge of relational databases (Oracle Database, including the ability to understand PL / SQL);
  • Previous experience in IT projects;
  • Banking products and services knowledge – is a huge advantage

  • Review and/or prepare system documentation and specifications in accordance with methodology ;
  • Communication, presentation skills and making constructive suggestions for change;
  • Customer orientation;
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through including the flexibility to perform in an ever changing work environment;
  • Ability to quickly attain and understand new processes and new technologies;
  • Collection, classification and interpretation of information;
  • Working ability with business/IT/users and other departments and differents management levels;
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines, work on multiple tasks and work well under pressure;
  • The ability to think analytically, solve problems to complex business processes and document results;

Education

  • Higher degree:  technical / economic profile;
  • Good knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

  • Provide the necessary business support of the company, based on business  documentation requirements and test scenarios and analyzing the processes required;
  • Identify and document the correct and complete company’s business needs;
  • Develop business strategies based on complex analysis;
  • Perform industry research to clarify, define,or satisfy technology or business process issues.
  • Identify, document, and resolve project issues.
  • Review the requirements considering all aspects: legal, the security information and data, internal procedures, etc.
  • Monitor and manage the relationship between business department and  IT department of the company;
  • Collaborate with technical department to ensure compliance with all requirements requested;
  • Provides support in planning, decision-making and policy implementation at company level.
