We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to join our team to help us analyzing business and functional requirements, for the implementation of internet banking and mobile solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Description:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Main tasks of the role include (but are not limited to):<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Provides functional support in full implementation of Digital channel products (Internet & Mobile Banking)
\u2022 Identifies the current and future-state business processes
\u2022 Designs new or existing products by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities and writing business \/ functional specifications
\u2022 Delivers elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables
\u2022 Improves systems by studying current practices and designs modifications
\u2022 Facilitates the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders
\u2022 Works closely with other systems to have the complete overview of the solution and provides support for the other systems
\u2022 Providing support and training for other teams (QA, DEV) and clients<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Degree in technical studies (computers, banking, finances, economics etc.)
\u2022 At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis area
\u2022 Possesses strong problem solving, analytical skills and a strong desire to innovate and learn new technologies and techniques
\u2022 Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
\u2022 Strong planning, organizational and time management skills
\u2022 Advanced documentation skills
\u2022 Good technical skills (SQL, Databases, XML, Web services, MQ)
Ability to switch between projects (several projects can be assigned to the same BA) and
multitask
\u2022 Good command of English both spoken and written
\u2022 Ability to directly deal with technical analysts and developers
\u2022 Ability to work in virtual teams and matrixed organizations<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nice to have:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 A degree in IT \/ Computer Science
\u2022 Experience in both Waterfall & Agile projects
\u2022 Knowledge of banking business with focus on Digital Channels (Internet & Mobile Banking) domain<\/p>\n\n\n\n
